for Club Championships
Over the Net and In — Pickleball Club Championship Competition Terms & Conditions
Scope These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the Over the Net and In Pickleball Club Championships held at the Murwillumbah Tennis Club.
Updates to these Terms & Conditions Over the Net and In may, from time to time, review and update these Terms & Conditions.
Translation Translation services may be provided via Google Translate and may not be 100% accurate. Over the Net and In takes no responsibility for any errors in translation from English to another language.
Medical & Liability
Clients acknowledge and agree that the staff of Over the Net and In will act on their behalf, according to their best judgement, in any emergency requiring medical attention.
Clients release Over the Net and In from any and all liability for injury or illness and costs incurred whilst undertaking a program with Over the Net and In, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Photography & Video Images
I acknowledge that Over the Net and In may take photographs and/or video clips during Club Championship events.
I further acknowledge and agree that these photographs and/or video clips may be used in marketing material including leaflets, posters, the Over the Net and In website, and Over the Net and In social media pages. Usage is without compensation or notice.

Changes to Competition Schedules
Occasionally we may have to make changes to our published schedule.
If there are insufficient entrants by the end of the registration period in an event, the competition may not run or may combine certain events. If changes are made every attempt will be made to inform entrants.
Anyone who has already enrolled in a scheduled event that is subsequently cancelled or changed will be offered alternative time or given a full refund.
Code of Conduct
Over the Net and In is responsible for setting standards and values that apply to all participants. A Code of Conduct is in place to ensure everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
All staff, participants, and spectators must behave in a manner that must not inflict mental or physical anxiety or harm to another individual.
Inappropriate actions and unacceptable behaviour include (but are not limited to):
Paddle throwing or swinging
Swearing
Being abusive or aggressive
Intimidating behaviour
Bullying (actions or words)
Questioning another person’s integrity over line calls or other actions
Causing danger to other players through your play
Failing to show respect and consideration to others on or near the courts
Criticising partners or opponents (encouragement is far more constructive)
Walking behind players whilst a game or rally is in progress
Only participating players are allowed on court. Siblings, friends, and family are not permitted on court unless otherwise requested by an Over the Net and In staff member
